Up to 100 contacts, 5 active projects, 35 collaborations in history, 5 active follow-ups, 3 active introductions and 3 open network requests at once. These limits only count what's currently active: a completed follow-up or an archived project frees up space. Linkeep Pro removes all these limits.

Advanced search by skills and services, detailed private reputation (reliability, punctuality, communication, quality), World view of your network by country, CSV export of your contacts, and the iOS widget with Siri shortcuts.

Yes: $9.99/month, or $89.99/year (about 25% cheaper). You can switch plans anytime from your Apple account settings.

Your Pro subscription is billed by the App Store, so refunds are handled directly by Apple, not Linkeep: reportaproblem.apple.com or Settings > your name > Subscriptions on your iPhone.

You can view the last loaded data without a connection. A banner lets you know if you're offline, but it never blocks any action: syncing resumes automatically once you're back online.

Yes, from Settings > Privacy > Download my data: a complete file (contacts, projects, history, notifications...) is generated, on Free as on Pro. On Pro, you also get a dedicated CSV export for your contacts.

It's entirely manual: Linkeep never calculates or suggests it automatically. It's your own assessment, yours to update as the relationship evolves.

From Settings > Delete account, in the app. Your request is recorded and your account immediately signed out; permanent data deletion follows.
