Purpose
Linkeep is a professional relationship notebook for personal use: organizing your network, your projects and your collaboration history. It's neither a social network nor a public directory: none of your information is visible to people you haven't chosen to contact yourself.

Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using Linkeep, you accept these terms of use as well as the privacy policy. If you disagree with any of these terms, you must not use the application.
User account
Access to Linkeep requires an account, created by email and password. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and any activity carried out from your account, as well as the accuracy of the information you provide about yourself. Linkeep is a professional tool and is not intended for people under 16.
What you can do with Linkeep
Save and organize your professional contacts and the context of your meetings, track your projects and collaborations, introduce two people in your network, ask for or offer referrals to your network ("Network request"), and link a contact to their real Linkeep profile if they've created one. These features always stay scoped to your actual network: there is no search or directory of Linkeep profiles open to everyone.
Data about other people
Some of the information you save in Linkeep concerns people you've met, who don't necessarily have an account and haven't given consent to Linkeep directly. You are responsible for the accuracy of this information and its reasonable use, within the scope of an actual professional relationship.
Fair use of features involving other users
Introductions and network requests must remain in good faith: never unwanted commercial solicitation, unlawful, defamatory or misleading content. Linkeep may suspend access to these features, or even to the account, in case of clear abuse.
Subscription and payment
Linkeep offers a Free plan with usage limits, and a paid Pro plan that removes them, available monthly or yearly. The Pro subscription is managed and billed by the App Store or Google Play Store: automatic renewal unless cancelled, managed from your Apple or Google account settings, never directly within Linkeep. Refunds follow Apple's and Google's policies, not Linkeep's.
Intellectual property
The application, its brand, its logo and its editorial content belong to Linkeep. You retain full ownership of the data you create (contacts, notes, projects): Linkeep never uses it for any purpose other than operating the service.
Prohibited uses
It is prohibited to extract or scrape data from the application, to attempt to bypass the limits of the Free plan, to reverse-engineer the app, or to use Linkeep for illegal purposes or harassment.
Changes to the service
Linkeep may add, change or remove features at any time, in particular for technical, legal or security reasons. In case of a significant change affecting your use of the app, you will be informed in advance whenever possible.
Availability and liability
Linkeep is provided "as is", without guarantee of continuous or uninterrupted availability. Linkeep is not responsible for the accuracy of information you enter yourself, nor for what follows from an introduction or a referral between users: these exchanges remain each person's own responsibility.
Force majeure
Linkeep cannot be held responsible for a failure to meet its obligations resulting from an event beyond its reasonable control: failure of a subcontractor (hosting, authentication service, payment service...), natural disaster, cyberattack, or any other unforeseeable and insurmountable circumstance.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion results in the erasure of your data as described in the privacy policy. Linkeep may also terminate an account in case of a serious and repeated breach of these terms, after prior notice except in urgent cases.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change significantly, you will be informed within the app before the changes take effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, this does not deprive you of the protection granted by the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
Entire agreement and severability
These terms, together with the privacy policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Linkeep regarding the use of the application. If any clause is found invalid or unenforceable, the other clauses remain fully in force.
