Delete your account

You can delete a contact, a project, a note, or any other piece of information at any time, directly in the app, without closing your account: open the item and use its delete option. If you'd rather we do it for you, email us at support@linkeep-app.com stating what you want deleted.

Open Linkeep, go to Settings > Delete account, type the confirmation word when prompted, then confirm. Your account is closed immediately and you're signed out; the permanent deletion of your data is then processed by our team.

If you no longer have the app installed or can't access it, email us directly at support@linkeep-app.com from the address associated with your Linkeep account, stating that you want your account deleted. We process these requests within 30 days.

Your profile, your contacts and the information tied to them (notes, meeting context, relationship history), your projects and collaborations, and your subscription (cancelled with Apple/Google if active; also cancel it yourself from your Apple or Google account settings if you don't want to be billed again). Information other Linkeep users have saved about you in their own network is not deleted: it belongs to them, the same way notes they took on paper would.

Some data may be retained beyond account deletion where the law requires it (e.g. accounting obligations tied to a payment), or in the technical logs and backups of our subcontractors (Supabase, RevenueCat) for a limited period before automatic purging, never for active use.
