Creating a first project

Name the project for what it's trying to accomplish, not for the person you already have in mind. That keeps the field open if the first option doesn't work out.

A complex project is easier to manage broken down into distinct services, each of which can be linked to a different contact. "Website redesign" can cover both design and development, handled by two people.
