Managing several projects at once

More projects doesn't have to mean more chaos, as long as you keep a clear status on each one.

A status per project, not one big to-do list

Mixing all your projects into a single task list quickly loses the big picture. A project moves through clear stages (to find, identified, in progress, done): the status alone tells you where each project stands, without reopening the details.

Don't leave a need unattended

A need that's gone uncovered for a long time is a signal to act on, not ignore. Come back to it regularly instead of letting it sink to the bottom of the list.

Close things properly

Marking a project as done isn't just administrative: it keeps the history clean, and enriches relationship memory with the contacts who took part in it.
